Position moved. Phones rang.

Client names are withheld by request — in a one-client-per-market model, naming them tells their competitors who to call. Figures come from tracked ranking and call data over the window shown.

How to read any agency case study, including ours

Percentages without a baseline are meaningless. A 400% lift on two leads a month is eight leads. Ask every agency you talk to — including us — these four questions.

  • What was the starting number, not just the percentage?
  • Over what window, and did anything else change in that window?
  • Is that calls, or leads, or booked jobs? They are wildly different numbers.
  • Can I talk to that client?

What we track

Rankings are the input. The output is booked work, so that is what gets reported: tracked calls, form fills, direction requests, and where each one came from.
